Everyone I came in contact with, was very friendly and courteous. I thought they would recommend this place to anyone I know. Thank you for a great service.

Always very satisfied with my service. My questions amd concerns are always answered, reasonable pricing and love the fact that I can be in and out in 45 minutes or less. I have recommended to many people.

Dr. Davis was great. I have been wanting contacts for quite a while and Dr Davis was very thorough on his exam and answered all of my questions and let me know what to expect. And I didn’t catch her name. But the gal that helped me get my contact in and out the first time was so patient and helpful.

My visit was fruitful and painless, both are pluses in my opinion. Dr. Devin was very thorough and explained everything. I will be back to get glasses after all this cataract stuff is taken care of. The ladies are nice and they, too, were helpful

UPDATED: I received a letter from Dr. Davis apologizing for my experience shopping for glasses and clarifying that, yes a number of frames are available that would be more affordable and covered by my insurance. With this level of customer service and engagement with the community, I have changed my review to 5 stars, and can honestly say I recommend Dr. Davis and NW Eye Center to anyone in the panhandle area.n____nI debated whether to rate Northwest Eye Center a 4 or a 3. Dr. Davis and his staff were excellent. Dr. Davis especially was professional, explained procedures well, and worked equally well with my 9 year old daughter as he did with me. The significant disappointment for me was the selection and cost of available glasses. I was hoping to find just one pair of basic frames that would be covered by my insurance, but with prices starting at $180 not including lenses, I was out of luck. Luckily for me, quality glasses are easy and quick to buy online these days. So I was able to buy for $195 online, what would have cost me around $600 at Northwest Eye Center. If they offered more affordable glasses, I would have been much happier shopping local, and I hope they decide to provide more budget friendly options in the future.
