Dr. Thies and her team are great! She is always attentive and caring when it comes to my health, as well as my daughter's. She has eased any and all concerns and worries I had about being a new mom.

What can I say except it’s terrible. If you can afford it, go somewhere else, because it will save you a lot of time. Other doctors and hospitals will listen to you the first time. I’ve lived in five states, had numerous health care providers, and yet I have never had to immediately reschedule an appointment with another doctor to actually get some help.nnAs seen in another review, I would give this place zero stars if I could as Chadron Clinic is an embarrassment to any self-respecting healthcare institution.

They got me in so quick! The nurse practitioner and her nurse were amazing. She listened to me and was compassionate. I’ve read all the bad reviews but I have to say, I don’t have a bad thing to say.

I absolutely adore my doctor, she's easy to get along with and very helpful. I see there are a lot of complaints/bad reviews here but honestly i'm not sure why. Compared to Gordon where I live, this clinic and its doctors are 100% more competent. The only thing I do have a complaint about is the receptionists don't even get to the phone before the answering machine picks up sometimes. I've never talked to a rude receptionist but they do take forever to answer the phone
