Very arrogant demeanor and in too much of a hurry. Did not make me feel comfortable. I answered a course of questions asked by the nurse before he came in the room. However, when he entered the room and asked me about my condition, the condition he asked me about was not the condition I was there for. What he had interrupted from the nurse wasn't why I was in the office at all. You would think after explaining to the nurse why I was there and answering 50 plus questions, it would have been clear as to my condition and why I was there. Apparently there needs to be better communication between him and his nurse. I will be on the search for a different Urologist even if I have to travel.

Very professional, just an all around nice guy. If he ever stops coming to Norfolk, I will def travel to Yankton to see him. Several years ago, my wife learned that she had a kidney stone and was in great pain. We called him in Yankton, explained our problem and he said to come up immediately, no appointment was needed.
