8/12/2020nStopped into see the new store and took a few pictures. The new shop has potential but until they can get it up and running it is pretty sad the shape it's in. It looks to me that it'll probably be 6 months before they can really start to compete again. The staff that I talked to was super friendly and explained what their problems were, basically a glass shortage. Poor timing but I'm sure they'll overcome it.n2016nI like this place. I don't buy much because I'm afraid that the fish won't survive in my tank and they aren't cheap. When I get to a point where I'm confident that survival rates are acceptable I might start getting more expensive fish and this place has the largest most diversified stock in the area.nFor now the fish that I'm comfortable with can be had cheaper at another store.

Fantastic store, they have a great reptile section with the best variety of snakes I’ve seen in NE. Bought my ball python from there and he’s doing great, very healthy! Owner and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and prices are fair, cannot recommend this place enough!

Despite a great experience in store, I really regret going.nnI went in to purchase some floating plants for my 5 gallon betta tanks. While talking with the employee I expressed that I was new to the fish keeping hobby and he gave me some recommendations about fertilizer for my tanks. The only warning I was given about the floating plants was that he couldn’t guarantee that there wasn’t any duckweed in the bag.nnAll was great until a few weeks ago and I started seeing small snails in my tank, likely hitchhikers from the new plants. I wish the employee had warned me about the possibility of this happening, considering how I made it known how inexperienced I am to fish keeping.nnWhile the store looks great, has lots of products and good looking fish and corals the whole experience makes me second guess returning.

Beautiful store and wonderful staff. Jack answered all my questions and was so helpful I will definitely use Aquatic Supply for all my needs from now on.

I'll never spend another penny at this store. Very poor management and unethical practices by employees. After many years of supporting this business, I cannot in good conciousness continue. When the new employees bad mouth the previous owner, former employees and slander other fish stores, that's a reflection on the new owners.
