Highly recommend Koop Diamond Cutters. Got referred in by another one of his clients. My wife and I worked with Justin for our wedding bands. Exceptional service throughout the entire process and was very communicative with us even as we live out of state. We needed a last minute resize (my fault, not his) and he was on the phone with us in minutes making sure everything was perfect and there on time. Incredible quality bands and design. Cannot recommend working with Justin and Koop enough.

The quality is exquisite and turn around time was exceptional for our intimate wedding. If anything is 100% perfect, Justin will go above and beyond to fix it.nMy husband’s gold wedding band was a half size too small (due to our own personal sizing error!) and Justin helped us out by rush shipping a new ring so we could have one that fit on our wedding day. Since we were getting married in a different state, Justin overnighted the brand new wedding band that he quickly made for us. Amazing!! We appreciate the professionalism, kindness, trustworthiness and quality so very much. Thank you for everything Koop Diamond cutters! We will treasure our beautiful and timeless pieces forever.

Amazing staff, friendly, and thoughtful service!!! The quality of their final product is exceptional, I was blown away!! Went there for an engagement ring and now am a life long customer. They were there for every stop of the shopping and designing process, providing graphics and molds of the final product. The best part was that I was able to design the ring from the stone, to the band, to how it was set I couldn't find anyone else out there that is doing that, and in the end we came up with a one of kind unique engagement ring. For a small shop they deliver the big time designs and quality with keeping the small shop personal connection!!! I can't say enough about the amazing job that the team at Koop is doing!!!

The most significant decision in life was figuring out a physical way to show the love of my life I'm ready to commit, and a recommendation from a friend to visit Justin at Koop Diamond Cutters proved out better than we could imagine. I was a difficult customer; after meeting more than four times with Justin and team where he coached us through how to look at a diamond and evaluate, we ended up getting a diamond from a family member to use. Justin not only took this in stride, but encouraged it as he helped continue to design the setting. I can't tell you how special it was for my fiancée and I to see the ring form before our eyes. Justin made sure to respond through text and email as needed to facilitate the process, and the end result was incredible. For the guys out there, I encourage you to look at a custom wedding band of your style, as they will make it perfectly here for you too. Incredible experience that will pay off for more time than one can estimate when that special person (or yourself) receives a piece of custom jewelry that only existed in your dreams until now.

Justinnwas asked to take off 2 bands off a ring and he took it on his self to scap the whole ringnI first had the ring sized and he charges me for that and them I gave him the ring on the same day to have two bands removed and he took it on his self to use all the ring for the new ring .nnhe was making me a new ring out of a wedding bands set of 3 rings with diamondsnit took from July until now and I had to call and find out that the ring was readynthat ring met a lot to me and he has refuse to make is rightnI have lost sleep and been very upset daily over thisnnnow it looks as if I'm going to have to get a lawyer to get this matter fixednknoop made my wedding ring set and I took it there for the great service that we got many years ago.nnand after all this he still wants to charge me, he gave nothing off for the gold that he keptnnI could go on on just be carefulnnand it has cause great depression for me and he has refused to make rightnall I have asked that I get both the rings back, the one I asked to be made and the one my diamond and sapphirennJustin has still refused to make it right on my ring, I have reported him to the BBB and now Consumer Agencynnand I have spoken with a lawyer, because I believe that is going to be the only way to get justicennI now I have had to report Koops to the BBB and Attorney GeneralnJustin has still refused to make his mistake right
