I cannot say enough wonderful things about Vince and the team at Fort Thomas jewelers! What other local jewelry stores told me could not be done with my ring they were able to do in less than 24 hours for a very fair price and the ring is 100% exactly what I wanted! I never write reviews but in this case I had to give a shout out to say what an amazing job they did and I very highly recommend them!!!

They are the best in the Cincinnati/NKY area. I will not go anywhere else. Vince and company made engagement ring shopping an amazing experience and my fiancé could not be happier. I will only use Ft. Thomas going forward, you will not be able to find a place that does it better than them!

Came in to have several watches serviced. They had them ready in minutes and it was very inexpensive. Very professional and they weren't pushy about making an additional purchase.

My favorite necklace got stuck in my hair. When I went to pull it out, the chain broke! I was so upset. I took the necklace and the pieces to Ft. Thomas Jewelers and they repaired the necklace, took a small knot out of the chain for me and cleaned it up so nicely my husband didn’t think it was the same necklace. All for a great price too.
