Bridal Isle is worth the drive, down the block, across the county, or across the state like I did. The staff are kind, professional, and efficient. Hands down, the best bridal shop in Nebraska!
Very professional. Beautiful place. Made the bride to be feel special.
Very rude. The steam stress Julie to be exact. She made this experience horrible, when it should be one to be remembered forever. Was told to deal with being stabbed by a needle. Went out to car crying. If I could give negative stars I would.nnUpdate:nI got a comment back saying Julie only wants what’s best, but I don’t think stabbing clients is what’s best.
They were great when I went there with my sister for her wedding. My sister and I had alot of fun looking and she tried on some beautiful dresses. They are very attentive and knowable as well as honest and kind. The payment process was simple and doable and the alterations where easy and her dress looked perfect when it was done.
The seamstress has been so awful!! Not only did we ask if sleeves can be put on, but also paid extra, just for her to complain! What exactly is her job??nn** The absolute worst, is when she sticks the bride with a needles/pins (yes, plural as in MANY) and tells her TO DEAL WITH IT!!!!nnThis time is understandably stressful, but to come home devastated and crying.. I would NEVER send a bride to a place ike this. This is not the making memories anyone would want...
