New West Orthopaedic & Sports Rehabilitation

I’ve worked with several of the physical therapists at New West and I’ve received amazing care from each one. They are all so friendly and welcoming! They are creative in coming up with solutions to my issues. They came up with treatments I had never received at other clinics. They even welcomed me, by name, back to the clinic when I had to come in again a year and a half later for a new problem, which truly made me feel special. The front desk staff welcomes me by name at each appointment and the PT techs are friendly and always asking if they can do anything for me. It’s a truly special place that makes you feel at home during the recovery process!

I have been coming to New West since January 2019. I had shoulder surgery in March. Everyone is super patient here. I have been working with Bill, Matt L, and Teri. I cant say enough great things about these 3. They were gentle after my surgery, took it slow and though PT was rough in beginning I actually enjoy it now! They know what they are doing and take very good care of you. Bill keeps me on track with my shoulder and is very knowledgeable and has taught me so much! Trish is on top of things @ the hot bar and as well very kind. Jayce does great stretching and deep tissue massages that have been amazingly therapeutic for my trigger points. I love my dry needling sessions with Matt L. and I cannot wait to start them again! Last but not least the front desk gals are always so welcoming and friendly! They help me work in my appointments with my super busy schedule.

My daughter has been a patient at New West Orthopaedic & Sports Rehabilitation three different time periods over the past 2 years. She has always received exceptional care. Her passion is figure skating and the therapists and their team have gone above and beyond researching what she needed in order to get back on the ice and be successful. They helped her rehab from an ankle injury and surgery which took a few months but they got her back on the ice and ready to compete. I would highly recommend New West Orthopaedic & Sports Rehabilitation without reservation!

The entire staff have always been upbeat, positive and genuinely seem to enjoy their job. I'm continuing to rehab my shoulder due to an injury requiring surgery. I truly appreciate not only my specific physical therapist's attention, treatment and care, but also the techs assistance with heat packs, equipment and ice. I enjoy giving the gals front desk a chuckle or two while checking-in, scheduling, or reminding me of my next appointment. Hands-down, with out a doubt, absolutely the best treatment team for physical therapy around.
