DO NOT USE PAINT AND PAPER PALACE!!!nAwful installation and shotty quality of the $10k that was spent on our hardwood flooring. Barely lasted 3 years and we are already having to replace it. Paint and Paper Palace won’t stand behind their work and we’re left to fix it. The installer had no idea what he was doing. He used brad nails on the wood instead of staples like they said were used. Most of the 1/4 round trim was only being held on by one or two brad nails and some of the trim wasn’t even being held on by anything.

To say their carpenter is lacking would be a total understatement. Used brad nails to lay down wood flooring, didn't put underlayment under at least half the floor, and after only three years, we're replacing 3/4 of the flooring they put down, and they didn't clean the floor before laying the flooring. $10k in flooring thru this business in a brand new house and they won't stand behind it.

Have a very nice selection of floor coverings and wide choice of paints.
