Decent condition good stop even a little breakfast
Clean room, could use a good sprucing up. Acceptable breakfast. Will stay again. Only negative was the phone didn't work when trying to call front desk.
The establishment is on par with other locations I have visited.
Had a reservation that gave me a price of 87.77 that I booked online. Went I went in he told me it was 97.90. Showed him my confirmation email and confirmation number. He still told me 97.90. Showed him my confirmation email again and he said that wasn't right. Called reservations and gave them my reservation number and they confirmed that it was supposed to be 88.77. I walked across the street and got a room because I knew the guy was trying to screw me around. Reservations told me that he was just new and it wasn't his fault. So apparently getting a room in Monticello is just opening yourself up to get **cked. I told them I walked across the street and got a room somewhere else because I wasn't going to get screwed. The woman on the phone told me they were still going to charge me for the night even though it was there employees fault I went somewhere else. Don't stay at a Wyndham anything in Monticello. They're all trying to beat you.
