We have worked personally with Kevin Sutton and his team on two different sales of homes and both times we’ve had great experiences! His knowledge of the market of not only selling but also buying homes is right on and actually better than expected! We never felt like just another client of his, he was always there to help answer any questions or concerns we had throughout the entire sale of our home and the entire purchase of our new home (even when we had questions after the purchase!) I would (and have) highly recommend Kevin Sutton to anyone looking for realtor!

This review is directed at your agent Sage Kermes. She has been the worst agent I have ever dealt with when trying to purchase a home. She was very rude, disrespectful and non-responsive. She also lied when having to re-list her home and said the buyers got cold when actually we retracted our offer due to the findings of the inspection. On top of all this, she never authorized the refund of our earnest money. Our realtor had to call the office to get a check issued. I would not recommend dealing with her in anyway while trying to purchase a home. If she is the listing agent, contact Keller Williams for another representative.

Kevin Sutton has been my boss for the past 6 months and will be my realtor when I am ready to buy. If you value knowledge, wisdom, experience, and someone that is an advocate for you before, during and many years after, then Kevin Sutton is the realtor for you. His experience in real estate exceeds 25 years and includes everything from short sales, distressed properties, and new builds. It is worth giving him a call if you are looking for a realtor to either buy or sell a home.

I would not use this real estate office, because they don't research where their properties are coming from well enough, and they end up being connected to people who prey on the public.
