Kathy is nothing but a total professional. She is knowledgeable, prompt, caring, helpful, kind, and has a great personality. She will go above and beyond to help you find the home of your dreams. She looked at so many places with us and never made us feel like we were wasting her time. She always had our backs! She wants you to love your home! We did all this in the craziness of the pandemic, and she was so helpful. She helped us out when she was not available to go look at home with a fellow realtor and when we closed due to Covid she even opened her home to us to be able to come sign all the paperwork. We would 100% recommend Kathy and when the time comes down the road for us to need her skills again, we will 100% be using her. Kathy is the best!

TL:DR: knowledgeable, patient, fast response, and just a lovely personnKathy is such an amazing person to work with. She was there with us every step of the way. We were first time homebuyers so we had many questions and concerns and she laid out everything in a way we could understand. She was super responsive throughout the whole process. She was also really knowledgeable about the history and things to do in each area we looked in. She also knew a lot about houses and architecture and why the houses might be setup the way they were. She helped us find the perfect house and I would recommend her to anyone!!

Kathy was very informative on the process to buy and sell my houses. Always had a prompt response and and explanation about whatever was the reason things were done the way they were. She kept me ‘settled’ when things got complicated,very reassuring.
