It was a pleasure to work with Max and Kolleen to find the perfect home! They make an amazing team and take a no pressure approach to help find exactly what you're looking for. Working with Max, it's evident that he's been doing this a long time because he has no hesitation answering any of the questions a buyer may have. He also knows what issues to look for and can spot red flags, so that you don't waste your time with something that will give you problems down the road. If you wast a realtor that communicates with you, has every connection you need to get through the process and isn’t afraid to do the leg work needed to help you buy or sell a home... these are your realtors! They were flexible, knowledgeable, friendly and diligent at following up on issues that arise. The process of buy and selling a home can be absolutely dreadful but they helped us through every step and I am so thankful. We could not have done this without them!
