Mark has helped us with several home buying/selling adventures. Most recently, we sold a home with Mark in peak Covid. Despite the challenges Covid brought, Mark did everything be possibly could to get us a buyer. He has been in the business a long time, and it shows. He is very knowledgeable about the home selling and buying process. He knows what buyers want. He was always available for our many questions. He brought in a lot of potential buyers through open houses and networking. When we received an offer, I couldn’t imagine anyone else to guide us through negotiations. I have recommended Mark to several other people looking to buy or sell, and I will continue to do so. He truly is the best.

Mark is experienced, knowledgeable, efficient and fun! We had a 2 day window (coming from out of state) and he set up a variety of houses for us to view within the parameters we set. The resulting second showings and a couple of new ones = offer, counter offer, and acceptance, all within 36 hours. Mark made the experience seamless and low-stress!

Mark helped us find an ideal home in Stillwater when our family moved to town with young kids about to enter elementary school. Highly connected to the marketplace, he recommended several homes that fit our needs - size, location, price range - and then helped us negotiate a below-asking price that was accepted without a counter. We've been here ever since and love the home he helped us find. Highly recommended.
