Don't send prescriptions out when indicated to do so, takes ten mins to get through the automated secretary. Don't actually send back PAs after stopping twice for a script even though they said they did. Who is running this operation because it's obvious they didn't go to school long enough. They also sent my wife home with the wrong prescription after also mailing me the wrong prescription. Awesome job!

Very efficient. Unless Dr.'s call in. Then they become extremely busy. When my Dr. calls in or Insurance, they prioritize them effectively.
