I used their mail-in package program to send in gold and silver. A little nervous about doing business this way, however the results were fantastic. Email responses from Brandon were fast. And, they were very fair with the payoff. These people do win-win deals. Good for them and good for the customer. I cannot not say enough good things about their performance.
