I have been to this clinic and have received great service. I just made an appointment for my daughter, and Tamara was very helpful. She discussed her daughter's experience with feet and shoes and made me feel better about our options.

Would not recommend, they don’t seem to care about informing the patient of the issue or getting them the right treatment. Didn’t perform physical exam on ankle, just looked at it for 2 minutes then suggested an expensive mri. Didn’t explain mri results, severity or treatment options just transferred me right to a surgeon that was just as uninformative. Then charged me for the useless 2 minute appointment. They just want to take your money and send you somewhere else.

Dr. Pellersels literally changed the course of my life, in an amazing way. I am 48 years old...at about 26 years old I hobbled (or maybe even crawled) into Dr. Pellersels’ office requesting an amputation. I had been suffering with avascular necrosis to my ankle (the bone was dying) as well as a floating piece of bone in that area that made life extremely pain-filled which was completely debilitating. I had seen many specialists over about a 4-5 year period and could barely walk. I was a nurse at the time (still am!) and was a single mom with 2 little kids and worked multiple jobs...yet again, I was in severe pain, crying all day, and could barely walk. This went on for literally years.nWhen I went to see Dr. Pellersels I didn’t have much hope...I told him that if he couldn’t fix me to please just amputate my leg...imagine a young woman that loved to dance, travel, play with her kids, swim, work, etc, actually requesting an amputation just to escape the pain. It was just that unbearable. Well...Dr. Pellersels told me that he felt he could fix my ankle. I asked if he thought I could ever run again...he found that unlikely. I asked if he thought I could ever walk without a limp, and he said he thought that was possible. Well...he performed a 5-6 hour reconstructive surgery on my ankle with his partner (can’t remember his name...I think it was Kim...not sure). It was a long recovery but I am so thankful for him giving me my life back!!!!! 23 years later (or so) I’m still kicking around on this ankle and have been able to work successfully, complete my masters degree, raise my children, walk down the aisle, and now play with my grandchildren. I’ve roamed all over the world on this crazy ankle, and done and seen so many things that would’ve otherwise been very difficult to do. But he kept me on my feet and gave me a full life. I walk several miles a day, and really enjoy every step!!! I am grateful for you, Dr. Pellersels. You did some amazing work on my ankle, and I have never ever stopped thinking about how your skills, knowledge and expertise affected my existence forever. I appreciate your effort, kindness and care. I will never forget you!!! Thank you :):):) Lynda

If I could give the clinic zero stars, I would. Tamara is unprofessional and rude. Dr wouldn't even call me to discuss MRI results, his staff did and when I asked what the diagnosis was, she said nothing. So why are you telling me I need treatment if there is nothing wrong?? I'm sorry I ever went to see him. Dont waste your time!!
