They repaired my sight. I'm nothing, but happy, especially because their service never wavered, even when I was blind. The nurse even helped me navigate around the building, so I didn't get lost or hurt.

After waiting nearly 2 hrs for my elderly dad to see the dr., I asked to speak to the supervisor. Not once did she apologize, basically gave every excuse in the book and was extremely rude! There was about 8 other people waiting almost the same amount of time in the waiting room. People had family/friends waiting in the parking lot for them. Not acceptable!
