I have worked with Janel in the past as well. She has always listened to me in order to know what type of home I was interested in finding, and even willing to go look at some homes simply because there may be potential in that home. I feel Janel and her team genuinely care! I knew I could rely on her to help me through the process of purchasing a home, as well as be available to answer any questions, or find out the answer for me! I definitely would work with Janel and her Team again!

We contacted Janel to list our home in Little Falls, MN. We chose Janel because we had worked with her in the past and knew she was someone we could trust. I personally feel it is so important but so difficult to find a realtor you can trust. Janel has proved over and over that she is trustworthy and has her client best interests at heart. She works very hard to meet all the needs of her clients through out the process of buying and selling a home. We will one hundred percent continue to choose her as our realtor.

Janel was amazing to work with!! She got to know us on a personal level and made all of our showings fun. She stuck with us for 2 YEARS of house searching and never hesitated to show us a house we wanted to see. She was able to give us insight before showings and got to know what we liked and didn’t. We finally found our first home and couldn’t be more excited! We would definitely recommend her and the team to everyone looking for a home!!

We've bought and sold several houses in our lifetime and have never had a realtor as good as Janel. She is genuine, professional and trustworthy. She and her team are skilled at marketing - willing to think outside the box to get your place sold. We had a very unique property and were putting it up for sale during the Covid shutdowns. She was available to brainstorm ideas with us and encourage us when things got slow. She works hard for you, shares credit with her team, and goes above and beyond to make the experience as fun and stress-free as possible (boxes delivered to your door, professional cleaner to wipe things down before closing, free cookie day at a bakery in town, etc.) Most of all, you felt like you could depend on her to watch out for you - from thinking of a liability agreement when the buyers wanted to store something ahead of time, to sticking with us to the end of a prolonged closing and making calls to make sure things were progressing as they should. Last but not least, she has a genuine heart for charity; she lets the buyer be a part of the choice where the money goes. We both could not recommend higher !
