Rooms were really nice but not alot of room to move around in the standard rooms. And no fridge or microwave in them. I had to upgrade to a suite. These days I thought it was pretty standard to have a fridge in every room. Pool was a good temp and the hot tub was nice and warm. Sauna got up to a perfect temp after about 20 minutes of turning it on. Free parking pass to park in the ramp right next to the hotel was also nice
Booked a whirlpool suite online but the confirmation ended up switched to another suite, so we ended up with the wrong room. The person working the desk let multiple people into the lobby without masks even though the door states they are required.nnLeft us to end up in the elevator with 5 others whom were not wearing masks or maintaining any space.nnWe ended up checking out and leaving and the person working the desk didn't even bother to ask is why. Terrible experience and service overall.
Not what I expected at all. Room wasn't clean, mold on wall with peeling wallpaper. Room was smelly. Pool was way over capacity, especially due to virus. Paul mitchell soaps. Way overpriced in-house market. Loud, questionable neighborhood. Won't stay again
Older hotel that could've used better upkeep. There were ants in the pool room and surrounding the hot tub, sauna doesn't get hot. Pool had a large group, 12-14 people, who partied and were drinking and eating there for hours. Only one tv that can't be seen at the same time by both beds in the room.
My sister, Dad & I were down in St. Cloud & stayed here when our Mom was admitted to the hospital & the staff was So So kind! Both the gentleman that checked us in & the lady that checked us out where beyond helpful & caring. Much gratitude to them
