Was a very nice hotel. Got a suite. Room was very very nice. Gave it 3 stars though cause the beds just seemed very uncomfortable. Stayed there for 2 nights got maybe 4 hours of sleep.
Rooms were great! Breakfast was very good. The only reason I have 4 stars is some of the staff on the night we arrived were not very friendly. Customer service was not a priority for them.
Great hotel. We had a 1 bedroom suite & 5 people stayed relatively comfortably. Even during the pandemic the pool is open to guests & options for the continental breakfast.
It was quiet it was comfortable got a lot of sleep and made a lot of felting creatures. It was wonderful and relaxing. I'm ready to do it again! Thank you GRANDSTAY
Alison the front desk manager is so friendly and out going. Danielle the evening front desk working was helpful and always had a smile on her face. The place was clean. Will definitely be staying here again.
