I ordered a hat on Oct 11 from StacysPinkMartini on ETSY. I have not received the hat and today is Nov 9. I sent an email last week and received a reply stating it was delivered. I have since have routed two additional emails with no response. I am now challenging through PayPal to have the monies put back on my PayPal account.nnUPDATE:nHat came in after we contacted them. We now have the hat and will update the stars!

Hate to put a small business on blast but this is warranted. I’ve tried to reach out through messenger with no resolution. I ordered hats through Stacy Tiedemann PinkMartini which is out of St. Cloud in October 2019, didn’t receive item for a month and a half so I sent her a message on Facebook. She responds a month after my message saying my payment did not go through... PayPal deducted the money from my account to hers and never refunded me as she states.nnMy St. Cloud friends be extremely cautious when ordering from her. I’ll chalk it up to a loss but not without blasting her.
