Helzberg Diamonds

Helzberg Diamonds of St. Cloud and specifically Evan were absolutely amazing to work with! I recently bought a ring and unfortunately the setting sat low so it was very hard to find a wedding band that worked well with it. We tried several different styles and Evan helped me figure out exactly what I was looking for. It was a long process and he was incredibly caring, patient and helpful as we went through this process. In the end we found a ring and wedding bands that I love and are gorgeous and can’t wait to wear them very soon. They’re currently getting sized and soldered and he even put a rush on it so I can have it sooner-just one more way that he has fantastic customer service! He kept on telling me through this process that finding a ring I love was his number one priority and it was absolutely true and I’m thrilled that in the end we found the perfect ring! I can’t say enough wonderful things about the customer service I received and will most definitely be a lifelong customer and in fact Helzberg is going to help me revamp an heirloom ring that belonged to my mother. I highly recommend Helzberg of St. Cloud and I guarantee you will get amazing customer service and won’t be disappointed!

I normally don’t do a review but I just had to on this one. I went yesterday looking like a bum doing retail therapy anyway the ladies there treated me very poorly and rude needless to say I went across the way to kays jewelry where they treated me so kindly and were very helpful. I was pleasantly impressed and happy with my purchase at kays and have always been a repeated customer there. Don’t take your business at helzberg the customer service is disappointing. Kays is the spot!

I went in looking for an engagement ring. The staff was nice enough at first as we filtered through the options. Once we got it narrowed down I let them know I would like to check a couple more stores first before I made my decision. The salesman (I believe he was the manager) started getting pushy. He insisted “let’s see how much we can get you preapproved for on a line of credit” and “buy the ring now and if you find something better somewhere else we can return it”. He also kept reminding me that Helzberg is owned by Warren Buffet, giving off a real “do you know who my dad is” kind of vibe. I did consent to SEE how much I could get approved for, but never to actually open up a line of credit through them. I had also mentioned I was trying to keep this a secret from my girlfriend. A week later I get a letter in the mail with a giant HELBERG DIAMONDS across the front of the envelope, which my girlfriend saw. When I opened the envelope there was a letter listing the details about my new Helzberg Diamonds private account, although I never bought a ring from them or asked to open a line of credit. I am very unimpressed by Helzberg after this experience and will not be shopping there again.

Evan at Helzberg Diamond in St Cloud is fantastic. He truly cares about the customers and their shopping experience. He wants their visit to Helzberg to be pleasant and all the customers needs taken care of courteously. I will definitely shop at Helzberg's because of Evan's excellent customer care ethics. Love this place. Been here a couple times and it's been great every time. We bought both our wedding bands here and they are amazing. The staff is amazing as well. Always very friendly and listen so they know what you are looking for. I 100% recommend coming here if you need anything for jewelry. The quality is great.
