We stopped at a few jewelry stores looking for a watch for Christmas.nChet waited on us. He was so helpful, kind and sincere, not pushy at all. I really appreciated his approach to selling jewelry, my experience was excellent. My husband and I left the store to discuss where to purchase the watch. Chet treated us so well, we made the decision to purchase the watch there. We were so happy with him, we decided to return to Kay's for future jewelry purchases and we will look for Chet!!

I just wanted to say thank you to Chet! I had an issue with a past situation at Kay Jewerlers and instead of backing away from the situation because he wasnt initially involved in it, he took control of the situation and went far and above anything I would have ever expected!! Great customer service, and what a valuable employee!! Thank you Chet, I absolutely LOVE my new ring!!! You are the best!!! Also a shout out to Cassie the store manager for also going above and beyond you also have made me a very satisfied and once again a repeat customer! Thank you!!!

I went yesterday dressed like a bum lol doing some retail therapy and the guys I worked with were very nice I had to make a review. I also walked across the way to halzberg diamond in the crossroads mall as well they treated me very poorly I thought them to very rude I will never go there again. I’ve always been a repeated customer at Kays and I will hopefully send my husband to get me an anniversary ring. Thank you so much for your kindness and my beautiful ring.

Promt service. However salesman seemed to continually demoralize me for only wanting to spend 200 dollars. Sorry im not there to spend 1million dollars and want to find something affordable for the woman I love.

My fiance and I live in northern MN, but happened to be driving through St. Cloud and decided to stop and look at men's wedding bands. With the deals they had going on and layaway options, we decided to buy from here. However, we were able to come pick it up the next week due to the weather. The staff here was amazing and shipped it to the location in Fargo for free, which was much closer to us and still let us keep all of our deals!
