I would never purchase another piece again from this Riddles location, specifically from Jean R. Floor Manager. I purchased a gold chain in store and ordered in a gold pendant to be shipped to our house for my fiancé’s birthday. First thing is that it arrived late, I can understand that (even though we specifically talked about the date I needed it by). But then over the phone she tried to tell me that I would not be able to return or exchange the pendent because it was a “special order”. I did not have anything engraved on it and on the day of purchase we had specifically talked about the return policy and how I wanted to return or exchange the piece in case my fiancé wanted something different and she had said I could. Jean R. was very unprofessional, even used the phrase “my bad, your bad” at one point. I understand a salesperson wanting to make a sale but she purposely left out important details and manipulated her words multiple times forcing me to ask specific questions to get the truth. She clearly does not care about the reputation of the store or the satisfaction of her customers.

In and out in a half hour customer service was fantastic got us exactly what we wanted and we are very happy thanks again
