I took my niece to get her ears pierced for her birthday with my sister this week. We had a very pleasant experience. Ash was friendly, patient, and a joy to be around. She walked through the entire process with my very nervous niece and got her to calm down by showing her all of her very cool piercings and told her what to expect. She took her time lining up the dots on her ears. Once she was done she went over how to care for her ears and offered us a follow up with her in a few weeks.The reason I am giving this review four stars is that the store is not staffed for the amount of people that was in the store. There was one person. I have since been back to the mall and have seen it packed in that store and only her there. It is unfair to the employee and the customers.
The employee was amazing but the franchise is terrible. They don’t even listen to their employees enough to correct the store hours online. I wasted time going there by online hours when they are not even open until 11:00. The employees said they kept telling corporate but they don’t fix It. And completely understaffed having 1 person piercing, and running the store.
Lots of cute stuff. It's pretty expensive.. 30$ for two face masks.ud83dude33
Love this place
Store is more for young girls/teenager girls but you can find some interesting things there at times plus with staff that is extremely helpful it definitely can be a intresting place to find goodies.
