Very friendly staff and beautiful store. I brought in my mom’s solitaire diamond engagement ring and two of her diamond stud earrings. We used these to create a new ring for me. Now I can look at it often and think of her and treasure memories often. It turned out beautiful. In fact I had to ask if it was my ring. Very, very pleased.

We had the Sales Associate Isaiah. He was quite friendly, knowledgeable, without being pushy. He sold us a beautiful ring within our budget. I would and will recommend both Isaiah and your Jewelry store. Thank you for providing our needs and wants.

Best Service, Best Price, Knowledgeable Staff, Comfortable Atmosphere.nI only shop at DJ Bitzan. It doesn't matter if it is a watch for myself or a gift for my wife. Erin has always made me feel comfortable with every purchase and even makes the process fun! Buying for my wife is a snap, they keep a wish list so they do the legwork for me. The product in the building is second to none, I would not shop anywhere else and I could not recommend DJ Bitzan more highly!!!!

This place is amazing. Their staff is always so professional and courteous! We bought our wedding rings back in 2009, and they have lifetime warranties on their rings. As long as you can keep up the service on them (Inspection yearly) they will fix/replace broken pieces and diamonds I believe. I recently purchased a new wedding band for my wife for our anniversary. Erin was extremely helpful online, she sent pictures of wedding bands and then mailed me one. I presented it to my wife and she loved it. However, since I was unable to travel to the store to browse the selection before our anniversary, we made the trip up there and found an even better wedding band! Erin was so helpful! She did a full exchange, and then was able to pull some strings and even get them soldered together for us within about 4 hours! This was amazing for us since it takes us two hours just to travel there! They are always so fast and professional with their service. Their craftsmanship is amazing as well! They cleaned and polished both our wedding rings, soldered the new wedding band, and were able to get them back to us before we left town! Amazing service! This is why we continue to travel and use them for our important jewelry services!

We had a wonderful experience purchasing our wedding bands through DJ Bitzan. We live in Minneapolis and had gone to two well respected jewelers near our home, but I left both feeling unsatisfied with the selection. The options seemed to be only plain metal or a standard infinity diamond for women. We decided to make the trip up to DJ Bitzan after hearing good things from friends and family. Within a few minutes, Emily was able to show me numerous wedding bands that I hadn’t seen anywhere else and I absolutely loved. She was so patient with me while I spent ages trying to decide which I loved the most. I couldn’t be happier with my choice and feel lucky to wear it every day! I highly recommend this jeweler.
