I cannot say enough good things about this business! We have bought all our jewelry here and will continue to do so because of the AMAZING customer service. I recently worked with Kyle and was blown away with how wonderful he was to work with. He was friendly and found exactly the type of necklace I was looking for. This particular piece was not something they had in stock, so he offered the to have it ordered and shipped to the store. However, I was pressed for time. He then said he would reached out to the manufacture first thing in the morning ( while he was at home with his family and not working) and arrange to have it expedited. Once he had everything arranged, he called me to follow up and confirm that I would have my necklace exactly when I needed it. He then offered to gift wrap my Item for free. He went ABOVE & BEYOND and I am so happy to keep coming back to this wonderful business.
