This review isn't for this particular GameStop. It's for the reward system. Maybe this will get them to actually help. I finally stopped paying for my subscription last month. I've tried close to 20 times to have them fix the Reward system to fix my rewards. For some reason, I have OVER -20000 points. That's RIGHT, OVER NEGATIVE 20000 POINTS! I've tried TOO MANY TIMES to get them to fix the issue. All of my purchases are on record. Yet, the third party they use to keep control of their point system have no idea what they're doing and don't care. I've even tried calling the company many times but they have their lines shut down due to covid. They're a ****ing sham and I honestly won't give GameStop another dime until it's fixed. I'd rather **** in my hand and eat it.

I went to this gamestop twice. One before and during covid. It's honestly downright embarrassing how the staff behave. It was during the second trip is where i draw the line. For a store that can barely pay its bills every month should probably not close their doors early when they have 5 people sitting outside of it and require people to wear masks. do not doing so hot. I have a medical condition that prevents me from wearing masks. If I have to order on linenguarantee im going order from Amazon not from you. Good luck surviving this pandemic.
They have less than they used to but you can still get what you need for the most part and the employees are very helpful
