Amazing local business experience. I dread getting my home computer fixed-about the same as doing taxes. Walked in expecting frustration Perfect first impression (I have been there before long ago): Nice showroom, big smile and welcome by Katie and she immediately put me at ease. I happily agreed to the terms as I had confidence all would go great. That's the way a business experience should be: Delightful!
Very friendly staff and extremely courteous. Do not bring your computer here that has liquid damage unless all you want is file recovery. It is their policy to recommend person move onto a new computer with liquid damage or power surge. If you tell them you're willing to pay for parts and labor even if it doesn't work to get computer running, they won't try. Save yourself the $50 diagnostic fee and go somewhere else if you want to try and fix computer. If you want file recovery, this is a good place.
Katie came out to my home to help me setup my new MacBook Pro and wireless printer. She did an exceptional job! She stayed after business hours to complete everything I needed done! She went way above and beyond by even helping me with a PlayStation issue! I cannot say enough great things about Computer Dynamics. I am just so glad that we found Katie and have our very own technician to help us with all of our computer needs. Thanks, Katie!!!
