Bought a phone from there 180 days ago and had the service on it... So that would make my phone able to be unlocked... I called today and they told me I cannot unlock my phone after I already activated to straight talk... And now I have no phone so I could afford to go back on to metro or buy a new phone... Which I'm definitely buying a new phone first
Great service. Forgot to turn on the data for the phone though. Went back and had it fixed.
