They were taking reasonable precautions. After that, this was quite the waste of my time. I was placed in their queue and was told I would receive a text when my turn was next. When I stopped in to check, I found out that I had been skipped more than once. But the employee stayed professional and arranged for me to be next. I was in to disconnect a line because my mother had passed away recently. Once I was helped by another employee, I was quickly told that only the online customer assistance could do this. When I called them, the call back feature was inoperable and projected wait simply said “greater than two hours.” Why would their employees be allowed to set up accounts but not modify nor terminate them?

Not Happy!!!!!!!nSaid you can return phone in 14 days. Tried to go from 11pro to 11 pro max. Promotions and trade in won’t apply. Returned in less than 24 hours. Complete trip off. Go to Verizon or some one else. Had been a Loyal Sprint customer for 18 years. Switched to T-Mobile because of merger. Disappointed to say the least!!!
