Full disclosure: I came here on black Friday, so things were crazy.nThe associate was exhausted, Wal-Mart was over working. The pictures came out cropped wrong, cut my head in half.
Phone eithers rings endlessly, or someone puts you on hold for ten min and then hangs up. My film was dropped off two weeks ago, haven't heard a thing, and I can't reach anyone to figure out what happened to it. Customer service is disgraceful.
They did an atrocious job with my film.
