I was prescribed hearing aids from St. Cloud Ear Nose and Throat today. This is something new to me so have never gone through the process. I was told to look up a few different dispensaries in the area. The 1st place I called was AccuQuest in St. Cloud, MN.nThe receptionist that answered the phone was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. She had ZERO reason to be nasty to me and I certainly hope she receives further training in customer service and phone etiquette! I know I certainly would NOT want her to represent my company!
