Hung up on me multiple times, couldn't get in for a simple license renewal. They never mailed me telling me my license was expired, and now I have to break the law to get to and from work. Absolutely ridiculous.
Called every 30 seconds for hours for no one to answer, but if you go buy everyone who works there is inside having there milk the tax payers dollars party to sit around and do nothing. Wont let you in the building if you go there. Tell you to make a appointment by phone what a joke. Half staffed and your parking lots full and can see through windows everyone standing around. Dont use covid to not do your job i do mine just fine
Can stand 3’ apart to pay car taxes up the street but can’t get in to renew a drivers license. What’s good enough for goose should be good enough for the gander.
Great customer service! The people working there are very polite and extremely professional. I had a wonderful experience on both the times that I dealt with them. Even during this COVID crises, license renewal was a breeze! Special shout out to Taunya N Jack who was so polite, helpful and on top of things! I sent them a renewal request late Friday night and got a confirmation call early Saturday morning with my new license arriving Monday!
They never pick up the phone.
