They are terrible at fulfilling book orders. They are understaffed and they don't prepare for the busiest times of the year. If you need books, just pick them out yourself. The staff lack knowledge of the systems and processes. Completely unacceptable.

It's got your books and a bunch of souvenirs, but you pay extra for the convenience of getting it on campus. Pretty much everything can be purchased cheaper elsewhere. They are well organized. Staff is friendly.

Great staff that are friendly and helpful. They took the time to find the books I needed and helped get the best deal too!
