How about 10?!?!nIt is difficult to put into words the length, depth, & breadth of how much Vicky helped & guided us through the process of selling our 5000+ Sq Ft home is Otsego, and the arduous search for a new one. I made her job quite difficult with how particular I was about all the details. She was relentless in her pursuit of making sure we were taken care of.nnVicky has worked in just about every facet of the real estate business, so she knows all the ins & outs of not just the job of an agent, but mortgages, titles companies, etc. I think I would be hard pressed to find someone more competent & knowledgable in this market. From Pricing our home correctly, (it sold in only 2 1/2 weeks) to navigating the offer, counter offer, inspection etc. on the new place, she demonstrated an expertise & a level of professionalism that was impressive & unparalleled in my experience.nnI would be remiss if I didn't also mention that Vicky is also just a very cool person!! My wife & I immediately liked & trusted her. This is very important when you are dealing with the most expensive purchase most people will ever deal with. She is kind, funny & has a way of putting you at ease through what can be at times a stressful process. Vicky will always be my agent, but she is now also our friend. We are grateful for her!!
