Everything went great. The doctor was helpful and answered all my questions and the appointment was completed quickly. Registering on the website was a little cumbersome, but it worked out in the end.

I went to the Elk River location and experienced the worst eye doctor & appointment I’ve ever had. I was treated badly and called a liar. He was in my face loudly telling me I was wasting my and his time. He was going too fast from the beginning and when I asked him to slow down, he didn’t. He was rude and insulting. I’ll never return there. He complained about his office, it was old, even the eye charts were faded brown. He said we were out in the boonies. I wasn’t just angry, but left crying.

Today I went to the Elk River office. The lady at the desk was very nice.nI thought that the Eye equipment is old they look like they are from the 60'ts. One of the tables that HOLDS one piece of equipment looked in very bad shape. What shocked me the most was there is no exray machine. How can this clinic do a good check up with old equipment ,plus lack of a exray machine. Also I could not tell where the Dr would get his eye tools because they were been hind me. If the equipment is old run down falling apart how would clients know that the Eye tools are even clean.nI would not ever go back to this clinic. And I will be telling everyone know how old this clinic is. PEOPLE STAY AWAY I will be waking my eyes out for the next 2 week's hope there is no pink eyenJIM
