On Dec 16th, 2020, I stopped by another bank to exchange some smaller bills for larger bills. The other bank (MWO) down the road wouldn't help me because I was not already a customer - even though there were no other people in the teller lines, ATM lines, or in the bank.nnI thanked the MWO teller for her time and zipped up to this TCF bank.nnThe TCF Teller (yellow or orange turtleneck, I think. White and blue mask) was super-friendly and helped me without question. You could see the friendliness in her eyes and the smile under her mask.nnI left the drive through feeling better than when I pulled in. Young lady, you brightened my day and I'm still thinking about it 4 days later.nnThat's how you make people's lives better and grow your business and promote loyalty to the TCF organization. When I switch banks next year, it will be to TCF. :-)
