Cheap materials used to make building, landlord don't do a good job fixing broken common areas including door to garage that has been broken for months, poor maintenance in building, supposed to be 100% smoke free building but do not do anything about residents smoking, can smell from my house. Bad location; in the middle of nowhere with only holiday gas station near it. Right next to A farm where you can smell the menure, and all the farms. And the worst thing is that they have a block on ALL windows where you can only open it about 5 inches!
