Shannon Russo is the best!! She was thorough and professional and great to work with. She kept us apprised about available appointments and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. Shannon was more than helpful in finding us our first home in South Minneapolis. She was very honest, upfront, and was able to find us a great home that fit right in our price range! She was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. From my very first introductory meeting Shannon & I clicked so incredibly well. So well that I ended up quitting my part-time job to come work for her! Shannon was & is extremely professional and personable without being high pressure. She helped me sell my townhouse during the end of the winter season, the marketing (pics & advertising) were done beautifully. In the 2 days it was on the market we ended up with over 40 showings, 14 offers and got well above asking price!nnShannon also helped me purchase my new home and with no idea of what I truly wanted. I ended up deciding to build a home which is quite the process. She was there every step of the way explaining everything to me and advocating for me. I couldn't be happier with the way things turned out!

Shannon is great at her job and a fantastic person to work with! She was responsive day or night to our questions, and successfully handled all the bumps in the road on our journey to buying a new house.
