Pinpoint was the seller of the home we bought in St. Paul. They renovated it (believe they hired out to different contractors depending on job). Our home looks beautiful as far as the face of the house (brand new appliances, higher counters, new carpet and bathrooms, etc) However, once you look below the beautiful surface we have had so many issues. Electrical issues (whole home was wired wrong causing frequent shorts , but thankfully we were still under warranty). The roofers didn’t put on the chimney flashing correctly, causing water to flood our ceiling during a storm. We have plumbing problems, the central AC was not wired correctly. Plus, the renovators left our home with filthy vents and furnace, plus gutters and our yard full of building materials which we didn’t see since we bought our home with 2 feet of snow on the ground. They also sold the house with city code violations fines that occurred during the remodel that ended up being put on our taxes. Something they should have told us about. Would have settled that in small claims court but we don’t have the time. It’s been really frustrating so far. I know that this isn’t all Pinpoint’s fault since they contracted out, but they should really be following up on any job they hire out. I would not chose them to do a remodel and I would not buy a home from them.

Poor remodeler hiring poor sub contractors... this double negative doesn’t equal a positive. Do yourself a favor and don’t buy a house from them. Telling you from experience.
