We purchased a home with Pat Sullivan in the spring of 2019. At the time we lived out of state and appreciated Pat's quick response, knowledge, and organization during the process. Pat knows everyone and has a solid understanding of the area! Pat and his Edina group were professional and thorough gathering information to find us the 'right' home and processing paperwork. They were and are always there to answer questions, which instilled confidence that we made the right choice, in both Pat and our new home. We appreciated and enjoyed working with Pat!

Pat Sullivan and his group were absolutely outstanding in getting our Mother’s home sold fast and for a great price.
