I get that it's legal in some states but picking up a rental that smells like pure weed is unprofessional! Also the tire sensor was in the entire time which made me nervous. I believe it was an error cause the tires looked fine to me. I couldn't figure out how to reset it but other than that everything else great!
The young lady who checked me in for service was not courteous, knowledgeable, or helpful. She never asked me would an SUV be acceptable when what I requested was a compact vehicle. She couldn't explain the parking questions I had, and didn't seem to care. Now the gentleman who I presume is the manager who was there when I checked the vehicle in was excellent. Courteous, friendly, and concerned. I'll come back for that service.
The deposit went from $100 to $250 crazy and I had to go threw 3 cars to get a decent one the first one had a dent in the bumper that they knew nothing about the second one smell like a ashtray my 1st experience was great this one not so much
Very nice and great to work with even on a short notice rental.
