Bought my RX at Performance Lexus RiverCenter last November - mostly because of Covid - just now got enough mile for my first service. Called Mike Massey in the service department. He offered me plenty of options for scheduling the appointment so as not to inconvenience me. Was met by very polite and appropriately masked service attendants, including Mike. I walked around the lot looking at the new cars, Mike came and found me when my vehicle's service was completed. Even washed and vacuumed the RX for me. Great dealership with very friendly and professional people.

Fantastic service center for your Lexus. Sadly, we can not seem to come to terms when purchasing new vehicles. 3 attempts to date and we end up making the purchase elsewhere.nnUpdate 08 13 2020nRemains the best source for service on my Lexus.nMike Masse is always responsive and ready to help.

Great service by Lori and Dave while shopping for a used vehicle. They were very busy but still provided attentive service. Went to several dealerships but Lexus RiverCenter had the best service by far.

My name is John McCall and I am a Servant of Christ first, a single dad, The Tenor with Steve Hess & Southern Salvation...a professional Multi Grammy Award Nominated Christian Recording Trio, and currently the Resident Artist (House Group) for The Ark Encounter… The LARGEST Christian attraction in the world.nI give Performance Lexus a five Star rating for many reason, but mainly because of a few select people. First of all their staff with the Service Department is 10+ Stars! Justin and Jason (Manager and Assistant Managers) are 100% the real deal. If it were not for them, some things just would not have been done to correct a few issues on a new to me 2017 BMW 540i xdrive that I purchased a couple months back. It took some time, but they were fixed! Just waiting on some brake parts now, and they have agreed to install them, labor free, (situational issue). I mean who does that??? So a HUGE Thank you, for making that happen!!!nMy finance girl, (please forgive me for forgetting your name)...You are awesome, and were able to get me into this car. You are amazing and my kids LOVE you!!! The BIG one, in the background of all this original confusion, that made things right... (General Manager, Lisa)! We never spoke, but I know you had a huge role in this fiasco. THANK YOU for putting a smile back on my face!!!nNo matter where you are buying a vehicle, always get it checked from a third party. This is a Lexus dealer, and I am sure there are a lot of differences between BMW and Lexus...I get it. I am sure we have both learned from this, as no one person or vehicle is perfect. The point is... you made it right, and you have gave me hope restored in dealing with dealerships. God bless you all, for making me a very satisfied customer!n~John McCall

UPDATE 10-30-2020nThe General Manager called me and is going to work on getting the situation resolved. Should have another update in a week. I am hoping to be able to update the rating.nnHorrible experience. I paid just shy of half down. I am at my wits end. I have been fighting with Toyota credit.nnWhen I purchased a new vehicle they took down the wrong address. Then they dinged me when I didn’t make a payment on the car. My credit dropped 100 points!!nnI had no bill to pay, I had no license plate because they took the information down INCORRECTLY. I need this fixed!nnOnce I found out I called the dealer. They said they could not do anything. I called credit set my loan up on auto pay so it would not happen again. However Toyota credit will not fix and the dealer will not fix.nnI have never had a late payment on anything until now.nnCustomer service is nonexistent. You would be better off with a Kia.
