Been coming to this pharmacy on and off for years. Since my medication came up to more than previous month, I asked the new pharmacy clerk to check for my insurance. He was soft spoken and I am deaf, and due to unfortunate accident my hearing aids are broken. Did not hear him the first, asked him to repeat. He asked whom my carrier was and I replied MNSure. Not sure if that is the issue (just moved back and going thru divorce and needed ins. But...that is none of anyone's business) As he came back with my medications on insurance it saved $49. But his attitude after was quite rude. Including an eye rolling. Not sure if finding my insurance was the larger issue, or if he looks down on everyone with Minnesota care or everyone on the same script. However which way; It was rude to the patient.nnWas contacted by the owner with an apology. He explained that there may have been some communication issues. Thought it was sweet, he didn't have to do that. Changed rating from one to 3 stars.
