I was in to see another doctor recently, who mainly brushed off my concerns and made me feel as though coming in for the symptoms I was experiencing my was silly.nnMy symptoms got very bad afterward, so I came in again and saw Dr. Loe today, whi was the earliest available doc, and I couldn't have been more pleased. She listened to my concerns, symptoms, and questions, and guided me through options and recommendations. At no point did I feel silly for my very serious concerns - nor did I feel like I was wasting her time, as I had prior with the other doctor. I left knowing the origin of my symptoms today and with a game plan for my future - and, just as importantly, feeling heard, believed, and validated as a patient by their doctor.
