Had an awesome experience with Curtis tonight, after a 6 hour drive we were greeted by Curtis while he was cleaning and stocking the coffee area. He was very friendly and helpful with our questions of the area and finding things in the store! We gave him an excellent rating in the store and I wanted to make sure to give him a great review on google because he was fabulous. Thank you again and happy holidays! WORST MANAGER EVER- NEVER A SMILE OR A THANK YOU!! I'm in customer service myself and how one treats their customers is very important to me. Her and her employees are ALWAYS SO GRUMPY. Plus they BASICALLY have no reward program- everyone nowadays has one. WILL NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
Wouldn't even let us throw some pop cans into trash can on our way into store.
