Dr Jane is very knowledgeable and the staff is kind. The facility is a little run down, but they make up for it with service and affordability. We will keep bringing our Labrador here!
I couldn't be happier about changing to Arcade Animal Hospital 2 years ago after the retirement of our former veterinarian.nnDr Jane Gehr is knowledgeable, kind and compassionate. She has a gift for making her patients and their parents feel at ease, even in tough situations.
Brought my cat here, and Dr Jane Gehr really impressed me. She has a calm, attentive, respectful manner. There was no hard sell for services or products, and prices were quite reasonable. Can't ask for anything more! This is a small practice. The front desk person is also the vet tech. I think they are doing their best to handle customer service (anyone who deals with customers knows how challenging this can be) while keeping top notch care the priority. Also, a tip for those who live in Downtown & Lowertown St Paul. Their location is so convenient! I was able to park on Arcade right in front of their door.
