Mike at SPI installed the gutters on our home. He was very friendly and showed us how they created high quality seamless gutters on site. We hired Topside Inc to install a new roof and siding last year and SPI was given or subcontracted the gutter job under Topside. Being an old house with a severely pitched roof we noticed after the gutters were installed that some leaf guards were allowing water to flow over and not work properly. Mike along with Topside came to the house and Mike said he needed to replace the regular leaf guards with high flow ones. We are currently in a waiting period of almost two months for them to get back to complete the fix The long wait period is on topside our main contractor and not necessarily SPI. I will try to update this review when we get the project completed. However my wife and I feel like our experience was a good one with SPI and we trust they will provide good customer service with our future concerns should we have any with our Gutter needs.
